Global Performance Testing International Pty Ltd and licensed partners detailed in item 1 (“GPTI”) values your privacy. GPTI offers human performance assessment services. At our websites, detailed in item 2 (the “Sites”), you may view your results, watch your progress, and otherwise support your personal journey. In this Consent and Privacy Statement (the “Policy”), we describe the information that we collect from you when you use our device and our Sites (collectively, our “Services”). By visiting the Sites, or using any of our Services, you agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy. Your use of our Sites or Services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service, including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. Our Terms of Service are incorporated by reference into this Policy. This Policy does not cover what information the participating facilities or other locations (collectively, “venue partners”) collect from you in connection with your use of their facilities and/or our device, or how those venue partners use and disclose your information.
By participating in exercises demonstrated in the virtual trainer or in textual, audio or visual content throughout the short courses or in any other content within the websites I understand that I am responsible for my own health, emotional and overall wellbeing and for the attainment of my overall health and goals I have established for myself.
I acknowledge GPTI have strongly recommended and advised I consult my own doctor to confirm my suitability for certain exercises, movements and actions.
I hereby declare myself to be physically sound, without any existing medical condition or injury that would affect my involvement and understanding.
I hereby release and hold harmless GPTI, it’s directors, officers, officials, agents, employees, volunteers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to create the content (“Releasees”) with respect to any and all injury, disability, death or loss or damage to any person or property whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your privacy is important to us. This privacy statement explains the personal data GPTI processes, how we process it and for what purpose.
GPTI offers a wide range of services including data collection, distribution and interpretation to help operate enterprises worldwide improve health, wellness and development in human performance.

Data we collect
GPTI collects data from you through our interactions with you and through our services. You provide some of this data directly and we get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use and experiences with our services. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with GPTI and the choices you make, including your privacy settings, consent and features you use. We also obtain data about you from third parties.
You have choices when it comes to the technology you use and data you share. When we ask you to provide personal data you can decline. Many of our services require some personal data to provide you with the necessary service. If you choose not to provide data necessary to provide you with a service or feature you cannot use that service or feature. Likewise, where we need to collect personal data by law or to enter into or carry out a contract; or if this relates to an existing service you are using, we may have to suspend or cancel it. Where providing the data is optional and you choose not to share personal data, features like personalisation that use such data will not work for you.
GPTI refer to data in two forms including “Personal Identifiable Data” and “Non-Personal Identifiable Data”.

We require you to create an account to view your results online. To register, we require the following information: your name, email address, password, date of birth, gender. After you register, you may add information to your profile. You also may have the opportunity to set up your unique identifier so that you may log into our device at your participating venue partner. If you sign up for a membership, we will collect your credit or debit card information and your billing and shipping address. When you use our services, we will collect your personal human results; this information will be associated with your user profile.
Information we collect from third parties
We may automatically collect the following information about your use of our Sites or Services through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies: your domain name; your browser type and operating system; web pages you view; links you click; your IP address; the length of time you visit our Site and or use our Services; and the referring URL, or the webpage that led you to our Site. User generated content
As stated above, we invite you to post content on our Sites, including your comments, pictures, and any other information that you would like to be available on our Sites. If you post your own content on our Sites or Services, your posting may become public and GPTI cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Policy, the law, or your personal privacy.
Our Site contains links to third-party websites. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third-party websites. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third-party websites.
Security of my personal information
We have implemented commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. You should take steps to protect against unauthorised access to your password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorised password activity.
Access to my personal information
You may modify personal information that you have submitted by logging into your account and updating your profile information. Please note that copies of information that you have updated, modified or deleted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Sites for a period of time. What Choices Do I Have Regarding Use of My Personal Information? We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you. You may opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the e-mail. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests.
